Rich’s latest book, “Unlocking Your Church’s Invite Culture: Strategies for Church Growth That Work Today,” continues to deliver actionable strategies for developing a thriving invite culture. He also leads the Church Growth Incubator, a dynamic coaching community where churches learn directly from the fastest-growing congregations and apply those insights for breakthrough growth.  He lives in Ontario with his wife, Christine, and their young adult children, Haley and Hunter.
