Message from the Conference Director
The Today's Teens Conference has been serving Youth Workers, Ministry Teams, Community Workers and Students leaders for over 4 decades with the simple but profound mission to see how our ORDINARY moments can have an ETERNAL IMPACT in the lives of the Next Generation.
What YOU do Matters! We know that it can be complex to see youth move closer to Jesus, to share your faith with friends, to navigate the every change cultural shifts you encounter. But we want you to be encouraged, we want you to be equipped and we want you to know that you are no alone in doing what God has called you to do.
Whether you've been serving for decades or days, whether you're a seasoned pastor or first-time volunteer, whether you feel strong and confident or are barely holding on, you are part of a greater community - this youth worker community.
I look forward to joining with you, your ministry team and student leaders as we all come together on this day to be better equipped and encouraged to go back into our local contexts to make an eternal difference in the lives of others through the very ordinary moments we are blessed to have with them.
MESSAGE FROM THE CONFERENCE DIRECTOR
Through this conference we will see that there are new and innovative ways to be the church as we come TOGETHER to resource, support and learn from one another. We have the chance and responsibility to invest into students, to share the message of Jesus, to be a listening ear, to love faithfully, to seek justice, to live out the word of God. We have 2 keynote sessions and 27 Workshops for youth workers and 2 keynote sessions with one being a panel of innovative student leaders along with 14 workshop options for student leaders. Moreover, we have special guest appearances and music with Sanctus Worship & OJ the DJ, to give us time to respond to the Holy Spirit as we look at what it takes to be IN IT TOGETHER.

OUR STORY
The Today’s Teens Conference, an annual one-day conference for youth workers and student leaders, has been running for over 40 years! It was started by John Wilkinson with a commitment to providing those ministering to youth with the latest research and trends, practical skill development, and awareness of what it takes to reach and disciple the next generation relevantly.
The Today’s Teens Conference is about inspiring, equipping, and networking thousands of youth, young adults, and adults to understand how to respond most effectively to the challenging realities of ministering to this next generation. Our 2025 vision is to help leaders see how we need to be CONNECTING WORLDS in which students find themselves to the person and message of Jesus if we are to have a significant ministry impact!
