Matt Wilks

Over the years, Matt has served in a variety of ministry roles including youth pastor, lead pastor, and camp manager. Matt is the Lead Pastor at a network of churches – Renfrew Baptist Church and Daybeak Community Church, as well as leading Baseline Ministries, a ministry consulting company.

He regularly teaches at Bible colleges, including Rocky Mountain College where he serves as the Program Coordinator for Leadership Programs.  Matt specializes in ministry audits, developing refocused ministry philosophies, and navigating multi-staff team dynamics.

Matt is the author of Cultivate: A Youthworker’s Guide to Establishing Healthy Relationships.  He has been married to Michelle for nearly 32 years.  His daughter Maris is married to Stephen and his other daughter Macauleigh is married to Tye.
